LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
Do you ever love at first sight? what makes you feel like that? is it because that person is handsome? beautiful? rich? charming?
we tend to see other’s appearances like will we look great together.
It is the same with stock, how is it the same you ask? I will tell you a secret that is happening to me right now.
I don’t graduate with finance degree and it’s hard to see so many instruments in financial statement.
Now, imagine that you are looking through a girl’s heart,it would be complicated since you can’t really know what you want to know right?
like if she/him has a good personality and a good background? we tend to look for that a person on social media like instagram or facebook.
Even when it’s not guaranteed that the information would have a good ending to it but at least we can maintain our own heart.
It is just the same with stocks, you need to see the EBIT margin ratio.
Why? because it provides investors, business owners or financial professionals a clear view of a Company’s operating profitability and cash flow.
So every time you see it you can know that you like it or not.
